An ergonomic kitchen is designed to make the use of space and equipment as comfortable and safe as possible, minimizing unnecessary efforts and movements.

Layout Design
The arrangement of elements follows the work triangle principle, optimizing the distance between the sink, stove, and refrigerator. This reduces the need for long trips and simplifies operations.
Height and Accessibility
The cabinets and work surfaces are positioned at an ergonomic height to avoid excessive bending or reaching. Upper cabinets may feature pull-out shelves or hidden solutions to make it easier to access items stored at higher levels.
Shelves and Drawers
The shelves and drawers are designed to be easily accessible. Deep, full-extension drawers make it easier to reach and organize utensils and ingredients. The use of pull-out shelves or carts can make the spaces below more practical and functional.
Lighting
Direct lighting on the work surface and under-cabinet lighting reduces eye strain and helps prevent accidents.
Materials and Surfaces
The materials used for the work surfaces are easy to clean and durable. Non-slip surfaces and ergonomic handles contribute to enhanced safety and comfort.
